Method of payment:
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by sending the secretariat a bank transfer (A $35 addittional fee is required for International bank transfers).
Payment for accommodation must be made via credit card only.
Cancellation policy:
All requests for cancellations or changes must be electronically mailed to the Conference Secretariat at:
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before November 15th 2014 – 100% refund (less $55 handling fees)
Postmarked after November 15th 2014 – 50% of the total fees
No refund on cancellations after January 1st 2015
